Okay, I was totally a clean pancake skeptic before...
I’ve seen you all eating them like it’s going out of style and singing their praises, but I was a complete non-believer.

Perhaps (okay, definitely) NOT my brightest...

A lesson in how not to fuel for a run
If you realize at 2:30 when you’re about to go for a run that you’ve only eaten ~700 calories so far in the day, it’s probably a good idea to eat something. It’s probably not a good idea to eat leftover beet pierogi filling and Starburst candies, no matter how good they taste:
